Customer Service

Primary Responsibilities:

  • First contact with incoming customer calls- Provide information on products, use and trouble shooting
  • Accurately recording of all customer calls and correspondence in SalesForce.com
  • Part of customer service team assisting sales department with new client set-up
  • Some clerical/ reception duties including filing, maintaining office supplies

Qualifications:

  • Proven organization skills and a great attention to detail
  • Must be energetic, enthusiastic and self-starting
  • Excellent telephone manner - be comfortable making outbound calls
  • Demonstrated ability to work with limited supervision
  • Solid customer service skills
  • Goal and result oriented
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Proficient in Word and Excel, knowledge of Quickbooks and SalesForce.com an asset

Education:

  • Secondary school graduation
  • Minimum two years experience or combined education and experience

Position: Full time, permanent
Salary: Commensurate with experience
Start Date: Immediate
