Customer Service
Primary Responsibilities:
- First contact with incoming customer calls- Provide information on products, use and trouble shooting
- Accurately recording of all customer calls and correspondence in SalesForce.com
- Part of customer service team assisting sales department with new client set-up
- Some clerical/ reception duties including filing, maintaining office supplies
Qualifications:
- Proven organization skills and a great attention to detail
- Must be energetic, enthusiastic and self-starting
- Excellent telephone manner - be comfortable making outbound calls
- Demonstrated ability to work with limited supervision
- Solid customer service skills
- Goal and result oriented
- Strong written communication skills
- Proficient in Word and Excel, knowledge of Quickbooks and SalesForce.com an asset
Education:
- Secondary school graduation
- Minimum two years experience or combined education and experience
Position: Full time, permanent
Salary: Commensurate with experience
