In the event you should ever need to return a product, PLEASE CALL FIRST BEFORE
SENDING ANY PRODUCTS BACK to Contech (1-800-767-8658, Monday to Friday 8:00-4:30
PST) or send an e-mail to
customer/product support to request an RMA number and specific instructions.
Without an RMA and appropriate documentation, your package may be refused by customs
or the warehouse. By calling first, you'll greatly improve Contech's ability to
deliver on your expectations.
